Christina Wagner

Associate Director, Curriculum, WWC


Christina Wagner is the Associate Director of Curriculum Design & Management for What Works Cities at Results for America. She is a learning designer and program strategist with more than a decade of experience developing research-informed education and capacity-building programs for youth and adult learners. Her work spans virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning models across nonprofit, higher education, and community-based settings, with a focus on leadership development, social-emotional and systems-based learning, digital and data literacy, and the design of professional training for educators, facilitators, and community leaders. Before joining Results for America, Christina served as Senior Program Officer at World Learning, where she led multi-country learning initiatives and designed scalable program models serving participants across the United States, the Middle East and North Africa, and Latin America. Previously, she worked at College Now Greater Cleveland, designing community-based college and career readiness programming and professional learning initiatives in partnership with schools and youth-serving organizations.

Christina holds a B.A. in English and an M.A. in English from Cleveland State University, along with a Google Certificate in Project Management. She is committed to designing learning experiences that strengthen local capacity, expand access to opportunity, and support data-informed decision-making at scale.
